Lebanon, IN, September 30, 2005- American Ultraviolet Company has acquired Lesco Corporation of Torrance, California. The addition of Lesco to the American Ultraviolet family of UV curing products strengthens our ability to meet any UV application in any market. In the past 5 years, American Ultraviolet has purchased UV Source, maker of the Green Spot , Aetek UV Systems, UV systems for the web industry and now LESCO.

American Ultraviolet will relocate it's west coast operations to the LESCO address in Torrance California.
