AUV Announces Utility-Style
Fixtures To Reduce Grease particles in Restaurant Exhaust Hoods
Lebanon, IN, October 20, 2006-
American Ultraviolet announces it’s UTILITY
STYLE fixtures are designed for use in restaurant exhaust hoods
to eliminate and reduce the grease particles that are emitted out of
the exhaust system.
These fixtures are designed from 12 to 64
inches in length and can incorporate one or two lamps.
The lamps are high out, UVC type with
the addition of some 185nm glass to produce the desired amount of
ozone to help reduce the grease particles.
The fixtures can be installed by any
electrician and operate continuously.
We have installations worldwide and have been
supplying these lamps and fixtures since 1960.
UV lamps are designed for continuous operation
and may be turned on and off up to three times a day without
effecting the lamp life. Lamp life is one year or 12,000 hours.
