Just received my first Blade unit. Have ordered additional Blade units for my son and daughter, and a close friend. Have also talked with a neighbor who owns a few convenience stores - useful overnight on cash registers, and service counters.
I have had an American Ultraviolet inline water unit in my hot spa for eight years. Water looks and smells like Northern Norway. No chemicals. Ever.
Nice products. Nice company. Impressive to have you attend to my small problem.

Thank you for the excellent service I received with my purchase of the UVC Blade handheld
germicidal fixture.
My company specializes in performing janitorial/environmental services for the medical community, and we have been receiving many requests for cleaning and sanitizing privacy curtains in post-op rooms. In addition to vapor steaming, we also apply UVC lighting to further reduce contamination levels. I was looking to upgrade the UVC light we were using to a more professional looking unit that would complement the high-tech equipment we already use. I’m so thankful I chose American Ultraviolet. After e-mailing your site I received a response in minutes from Sam in N.J. He was very professional, and helpful in quickly placing my order. I became concerned when I noticed the Blade might not ship in time for a presentation I had already scheduled. Yikes! That's when Donna stepped in, making several calls to me, and shipping, ultimately confirming the shipment would go out immediately. Now that's customer service!
One thing I learned long ago was to treat every customer as if they were your only customer. I sure want to thank Donna, and everyone at American Ultraviolet, for their help. What’s the distance between a good company and a great company? Going the extra mile. American Ultraviolet did that, and I certainly look forward to purchasing more UVC Blades as we need them.

You were helpful and very patient with me (as I am not too familiar with your industry, or products, but I am learning), so thank you for taking the time to walk me through your product line and then to lead me to exactly what I needed. I think you were able to do so because you actually listened to me, and you're obviously quite experienced with new customers, because you were able to get me to where I needed to be... and I didn't even know it! The handheld, affordable, Blade you suggested is perfect, for now!
