American Ultraviolet® Absolute Sterile Conditioners provide filtered air 99.97% free of mold and yeast spores and air 99.97% free of pathogenic organisms and radioactive, toxic or ordinary dusts. Most yeast and mold spores are 0.5 microns or larger. Absolute (HEPA) filters, which are components of American Ultraviolet® Absolute Sterile Conditioners, are 99.97% efficient in removing particles down to 0.3 microns.

These liquid sugar/syrup tank sterile conditioners prevent formation of condensate dropules that cause dilution of liquid sugar surface and the resulting low-density brix that provides the perfect medium for development of yeast and mold.

American Ultraviolet® systems also ensure a full supply of sterilized air during product dropout. Custom-designed systems for larger air flows are available.
