Let me tell you. The lights are awesome. I have not
snapped the pics as of yet. I don't know if I told you
of mounting them on a sliding curtain track we use to
separate patrons/patients in the hospital to give them a
sense of privacy, I know you have seen them. The rollers
are made of plastic, but the chain is stainless and it
worked so well I cannot tell you the amount of time and
curse words this will save in the future.
I am most impressed with your service. The goods got
here when you said they would, the quartz sleeves got
here as replacements when you said they would and the
fixtures work better than you said they would. My
supervisor is impressed too. Ian, our director is not
easily impressed at anything and we kid him that it must
be due to his English heritage and having such a dry
sense of humor. He too is impressed. I am attempting to
warm him to the idea of spreading our installations into
all the air handlers. He is warming slowly, but warming.
I have installed some in a very nasty sewage room where
we have a wet vac system from the surgery suites and
that a man actually goes weekly to clean out a sludge
screen to keep this system working properly. This room
historically smelled of the most horrible smell one
could imagine. I installed your lights and within 2 days
the roaches retreated to the dark, somewhere other than
the hospital, there are no more small gnats and most
favorably, the smell is gone. When the tech disturbs the
sludge or sewage, of course it emits the foul odor, but
no longer is the hall a nasty stench as it was before.
This impressed him most. He is allowing me to continue
on with this idea to the biohazard short term storage
room where the second most nasty of nastiness lie.
Your company and your help is literally transforming our
living space into a safer more enjoyable place to work,
and for that, I thank you. Your company and your help
has transformed our nastiest working environments into
areas we can feel a little more comfortable in doing the
nastiest jobs, and for that, we ALL thank you for your
help in keeping us safe.
... most likely, this will be the size of orders to come
somewhat frequently. I have talked them into
standardizing into this one size and overlapping where
necessary. If we must buy smaller ones in the future for
whatever reason, we shall do so for those applications.
