Position will increase percent of total sales in the designated territories (Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana , Kentucky, Wisconsin), and deliver exceptional sales support through prospecting new customers, setting up new distributors and manufacturers representatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Sales/Business, Communications or related field plus 4-5 years prior sales experience preferred

Job Summary: Responsible for product sales of UVC disinfection indicator in the hospital/healthcare sector. Also responsible for sales administration and marketing support functions. Develops bookings forecasts and expense budgets through the full utilization of company CRM software.

Essential Duties:

• Makes sales calls on key accounts, or to develop new market areas, and to ensure achievement of quality and sales goals.
• Trains hospitals/healthcare staff in technical and usage aspects of the UVC dosimeter product and follow up on a regular basis to make sure protocol is implemented.
• Support National Accounts and Regional Managers as required and as directed by the responsible manager.
• Prospects for new business in existing and new markets and OEMs to add new customers.
• Fully utilizes company CRM software on a daily basis to promote UVC indicator, update contact information for Marketing campaigns, track sales activity, and increase territory sales.
• Informs senior management of market developments requiring changes in product lines.
• Communicate effectively across all departments of customer organizations to take the sales cycle from quotation to order.
• Participates in strategic planning sessions in order to develop long range goals and objectives to support the business plan.
• Participates in professional societies and trade associations to obtain information and develop contacts in the UV industry. Presents papers and makes group presentations on a frequent basis.
• Develops comprehensive knowledge and understanding of market characteristics, trends of technology, competitive technologies, and competitor capabilities. Continuous updates of findings to responsible manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS degree and 5 years experience in direct and indirect sales related to hospitals/healthcare.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• Significant experience in making technical presentations to scientific, technical and trade associations.
• Able to travel 50% of the time.

Job Summary: Assembles fixtures and subassemblies using common hand tools, power tools, and measurement equipment. Builds equipment to assembly procedures, engineering drawings, and verbal instructions.

Essential Duties:

• Performs routine assembly tasks building fixtures and assemblies.
• Builds fixtures from assembly instruction, blueprints, engineering sketches and verbal instructions.
• Recognizes defective or damaged parts, incorrect sizes or faulty workmanship and reports them to the department supervisor.

• Conducts mechanical and basic electrical operational tests and troubleshooting on finished products and subassemblies.

Job Summary: Assembles systems and subassemblies using common hand and power tools and measurement equipment. Builds equipment to assembly procedures, engineering drawings, and verbal instructions. Installs and performs preventative and on demand maintenance on equipment, and coordinates service operations at customer sites. Works under minimal supervision.

• Works to meet customer requested ship dates.

Job Summary: Designs, develops, and tests ultraviolet curing equipment. Works with independence at the device, component, or system level. Works under minimal supervision.

Essential Duties:

• Designs mechanical equipment, including concept development, analysis, design layout, prototype development and test.
• Identifies requirements for equipment, develops concepts, and works with other engineers, contractors, and assemblers to produce prototype models.
• Works with document control to produce and verify manufacturing documentation. Documents designs to the appropriate level and releases designs for build.
• Develops test plans and conducts tests necessary to verify design.
• Works with manufacturing to resolve manufacturing problems.
• Works with controls, electrical, and software personnel to identify and develop machine control systems.
• Establishes and maintains vendor contacts necessary for procurement of parts and materials.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Develop program flow charts and state diagrams for system processes.
• Prepares detailed test plans for components and circuitry; monitors test performance, corrects deficiencies as needed, and prepares test reports and recommendations to management.
• Prepares complete documentation package, ensuring that it meets drawing standards, and faithfully reflects the developed design for manufacturing. Including electrical schematics, panel layouts and flow charts for software programming.
• Writes and makes revision changes in procedures, work instructions and test instructions, to aid in assembly for standard products.
• Works within Manufacturing to specify test equipment and tests software based standard systems to ensure high quality.
• Provides technical guidance to engineering personnel on standard products

Minimum Qualifications:
