The Expanded American Ultraviolet Solution

American Ultraviolet engineered a custom UV-C Conveyorized Treatment System around the customer's expanded production requirements. High-output UV-C lamps are positioned above and below the conveyor belt to provide dual-sided exposure during a single pass. The 48-lamp configuration and belt speed of up to 125 FPM give the customer greater processing capacity than the original 24-lamp, 75 FPM system.

As with the original application, system performance depends on the product, treatment conditions, target microorganisms, lamp output, belt speed, and operating environment. Application-specific testing and validation should be used to establish performance for the intended use.
